How long will we process your personal data? Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in the Event of a Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data necessary to secure and conclude the contract for the provision of our goods or services. This primarily includes billing and shipping details: email address, first name, last name, billing/delivery address, and phone number.
For what purpose? We need to process this personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations – specifically, to deliver the goods or provide the services. What is the legal basis? This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interest, which is marketing communication targeted at our existing customers.
