Upon receiving the returned item, we will contact you immediately via email or phone to arrange a resolution. If the claim is approved, you may choose to:

Exchange the product<\/strong> for another item of equal or lower value.
Withdraw from the contract<\/strong> and receive a full refund.

In case of a successful claim, we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the defective item and the delivery of the replacement. Claims will be processed as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 30 days<\/strong> from the receipt of the returned goods. You will be notified of the outcome immediately upon the conclusion of the claim process via email, and a formal claim report will be included with your returned or replaced shipment.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Exceptions to Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Pursuant to \u00a7 7(6) of Act No. 102\/2014 Coll., you may not withdraw from the contract if the goods are sealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and their protective packaging has been broken after delivery.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

How to Exercise Your Right<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

We will also refund the costs of delivery in the amount equivalent to the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. 1. General Provisions<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
\n \t\t\t

1.1 The \"Immediate Exchange\" service is a complimentary benefit provided automatically by the seller (Studio Simona, s.r.o.) for a selected portfolio of products.
1.2 This service is provided to the customer without any additional charges or surcharges beyond the purchase price of the product.
1.3 Information regarding the availability of this service for a specific product is stated in the product description, order confirmation, or on the purchase document (invoice).<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

\n \t\t\t

2. Scope of Defects and Exclusions (What is covered)<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
\n \t\t\t

2.1 The seller defines defects eligible for the Immediate Exchange service as manufacturing defects that appear during use in accordance with the manual and the intended purpose of the product (e.g., non-functional pump, technical device failure, compromised texture due to manufacturing error).
2.2 The Immediate Exchange service cannot be applied in the following cases:

Subjective Preferences:<\/strong> Disliking the scent, color, texture, or consistency of a cosmetic product is not considered a defect.

Hygiene Reasons:<\/strong> Cosmetic products in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening (breaking of seal\/foil) due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Allergic Reactions:<\/strong> Individual intolerance to product ingredients is not a manufacturing defect (the customer is obligated to check the ingredients before purchase).

Mechanical Damage and Improper Storage:<\/strong> If the product was damaged by dropping, improper handling, or storage in unsuitable conditions (excessive heat, humidity, direct sunlight).

Wear and Tear:<\/strong> Normal wear and tear caused by standard use (e.g., consumption of content).<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

3. Application of the Service<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
\n \t\t\t

3.1 Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, the seller guarantees the dispatch of a new piece in the shortest possible time.
3.2 If an adequate replacement product is not in stock within 48 hours of the claim assessment, the seller will issue a credit note and refund the full purchase price of the product.
3.3 The seller reserves the right to resolve the claim by providing a product with identical or better specifications (e.g., a newer version of the device) if the original model is no longer available.

4. Duration and Termination of the Service<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

4.1 The \"Immediate Exchange\" benefit is valid throughout the entire statutory warranty period (standard 24 months).
4.2 The buyer may exercise the right to an Immediate Exchange only once during the warranty period.
4.3 Upon the fulfillment of the claim (via physical exchange or refund), the service is considered exhausted and expires.
4.4 If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract (return of goods without giving a reason within 60 days), the Immediate Exchange benefit terminates along with the return of the goods.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

5. Transferability<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
\n \t\t\t

5.1 The validity of the benefit is tied to the specific product. In the event of gifting or reselling, the right to exercise the benefit passes to the new owner along with the original invoice.
5.2 If a product is exchanged for a new one under this service, the benefit automatically transfers to the new piece for the remainder of the original warranty period.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

6. Final Provisions<\/h3>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
\n \t\t\t

6.1 This service does not affect the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract or the seller's statutory liability for defects according to applicable laws. The service serves as a premium, expedited claim processing procedure.
